Project Description  

For this project, D.R.A. Properties needed assistance developing a mechanical and plumbing design for the Wine Bar and Grille featuring a modern décor in the District.

Scope of Work  

The scope included mechanical and plumbing design of the kitchen, restaurant, and wine bar in coordination with Imprint Architects.

Challenge Faced 

The project required careful coordination with contractors that were already on board to complete the beautiful dining establishment that offers scenic views.

Project Outcome 

The project was completed Spring of 2018 and continues to serve delighted patrons daily.
