Join an experienced team taking on complex building systems and real-world challenges. Collaborate with people who care about getting the details right, grow through both challenge and mentorship, and bring your own perspective, skills, and consulting mindset to meaningful work for our clients and communities.
At Resource, career growth is closely tied to ownership, collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact. As a smaller, growing firm, you’ll have room to shape both your work and where your career goes next.
Hear what our team values about their career with Resource.
We’re always looking at what’s right for the future, not simply what fits the lowest budget. We aim to set our customers up for long-term success, and I really respect that our team doesn’t settle for less. That mindset carries into our culture, too.
Being here for 11 years, I’ve never been treated as less than because I don’t have a P.E. or engineering degree. I’ve put in the work, shown what I’m capable of, and have always felt respected and valued. That’s true here regardless of your experience, background, or where you come from.
If you want to work on a specific type of project—be that healthcare, higher-education, you name it—you can have those opportunities, and that’s been rewarding for myself thus far.
Here at Resource, leadership gives us the opportunities to bring what you feel you can best bring to the table. That’s what was preached to me as I was looking to work here, and it’s remained true behind the curtain.
We’re currently hiring for the following positions. If you don’t see the perfect fit but believe Resource is where you belong, we’d still love to hear from you!
If you’re ready to make a difference with a team that values quality and impact, we encourage you to apply. Please send your resume and cover letter to Clint Rabe at clint.rabe@resourcece.com and specify the position and location you’re interested in.
