Magee’s Irish Pub and Eatery

Project Description  

For this project, D.R.A. Properties needed assistance developing a mechanical and plumbing design for this lively Irish Pub and Eatery in the District.

Scope of Work  

The scope included mechanical and plumbing design of the kitchen, restaurant, and bar in coordination with Imprint Architects.

Challenge Faced 

The project had a quick turnaround and required careful coordination with contractors and architects to ensure and encourage the building become a favorite neighbor establishment.

Project Outcome 

The project was completed Spring of 2020 and continues to serve food and drinks to delighted patrons.
