Resource Consulting Engineers announces the next phase of expansion

New Omaha Office

The company has opened on office in Omaha office after founding partner Corey Metzger and his family moved there this summer to support his wife’s career. This decision highlights his commitment to nurturing environments and relationships both in and out of the office.

“Starting an office in Omaha presents an exciting opportunity for us to diversify and expand,” said Corey. “It also allows the company to better serve existing clients in Western Iowa and leverage the talented pool of engineers from the state of Nebraska.” Corey will be splitting his time between Nebraska and Iowa while continuing to provide the superior customer service  that defines the company.

New Senior Electrical Engineer

To anchor the new Nebraska team, the company has hired David Repair as a Senior Electrical Engineer. With over 10 years in the industry, David’s previous experience at several prominent firms provides Resource Consulting Engineers with an experienced leader equally versed in technical engineering and team management. David holds bachelors and masters degrees in Architectural Engineering from the University of Nebraska, is a licensed electrical engineer in Nebraska and Iowa and holds the Lighting Certified (LC) accreditation. In addition to his project duties as lead electrical engineer and lighting designer, David will also manage the firm’s electrical department.
