James Deeds has joined the company’s leadership team and brings 25 years of experience in electrical engineering, project management and business leadership. Based in West Des Moines, James will work alongside Corey Metzger and Clint Rabe to oversee project teams, lead business development efforts and drive strategic growth initiatives. His extensive experience with cutting edge sustainable design, including multiple LEED Platinum certified projects and net-zero energy buildings, strengthens the company’s reputation for providing innovative and responsible engineering solutions.
