Project Description  

For this project, D.R.A. Properties needed mechanical, electrical and plumbing design assistance establishing a one of the Des Moines metro’s sushi restaurant in the District at Prairie Trail.

Scope of Work  

The project had a quick turnaround and required careful coordination with Wasabi and Imprint Architects to develop the atmosphere to establish great sushi in the District.

Challenge Faced 

The project had large requirements for outdoor air due to kitchen exhaust and dining ventilation. Make-up air was broken out to individual air handler and balanced to keep the building from developing negative pressures during high volume periods.

Project Outcome 

The project was completed Spring of 2019 serves delighted patrons daily.
