Project Description  

For this project, the new venue needed assistance developing a mechanical and plumbing design for this new location from this Ames-established eatery.

Scope of Work  

The scope included mechanical and plumbing design of the kitchen, restaurant bar, and reception hall in coordination with Imprint Architects and Bell Brothers.

Challenge Faced 

The project had a quick turnaround and required coordination with contractors that were already on board to complete the work.

Project Outcome 

The restaurant serves patrons and reception guest friendly smiles and drinks every day in the District at Prairie Trail.
